Photo Friday: Bed of Bread

This photo from our trip to Cambodia never fails to make me smile. Here in the US, we talk about “living above the shop,” meaning that someone would have a multi-story building with a shop on the ground floor and an apartment above. What do you do, though, if you have a bakery in a one-floor building in the center in town? You use your bed to cool bread during the day – I bet it works perfectly.
