Little Tikes PopTunes: Fun Musical Toys for Preschoolers {Here Comes Santa Giveaway}
There are a few things that are pretty much a given that almost all kids will love–one of them is music. Just about every child that I know loves to sing, dance, and play music. I recently learned about the Pop Tunes line of toys by Little Tikes and they are exactly the type of toys that little music lovers will love! Little Tikes sent Lucas the Pop Tunes Big Rocker Guitar for me to review and it can only be described as COOL.
This little guitar is very simple to use and is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. To play a song, kids just strum a note or they can play freestyle. There’s even a whammy bar! Obviously, this isn’t a “real” guitar, but it is designed to get kids moving and help develop musical appreciation. The cool part of this guitar is the songs it plays! Kids can press the buttons and rock out to kid-friendly versions of the following songs:
* “Message In A Bottle” by the Police
* “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by Queen
* “Wild Thing” by The Troggs
* “Love Shack” by the B-52s
* “Allstar” by Smashmouth
I have to tell you that I LOVE that the songs are not the usual kid songs {read: annoying}. These are songs that both parents and kids will love–thank you Little Tikes! The guitar is just pure fun! Other Pop Tunes toys include Big Rockers Drums and Keyboard.
